Hi, Jeffrey Strahm
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
We understand that you are experiencing a blue screen problem.
By analyzing your blue screen logs, the causes of your blue screen are all related to ntoskrnl.wrong.symbols.exe, and there is a greater possibility that this blue screen is caused by an incompatible driver installed in your device.
We recommend that you try to download the main driver BIOS, discrete graphics card, core graphics card driver installation package for the corresponding device model through the official website of the device brand, overlay and install it on the device, restart the device after installation, and continue to use the device for a period of time in accordance with your usual usage habits, and then see if there is still a blue screen.
If the problem still exists after updating the drivers, it is recommended that you repair your system directly through the ISO file, this is not a reinstallation of the system, it will repair your system and will not delete files or applications. However, if you have important data on your computer, we still recommend backing it up in advance.
Once you have completed your backup, follow the steps in the guide below:
Download Media Creation Tool by visiting the site below and clicking on “Download Tool Now” (not “Update Now”).
When the ISO file has finished downloading, double-click it to open it and run setup.exe.
-Select “Not Now” on the “Get Updates, Drivers, and Options” page.
-Next Confirm your files, applications. Settings are preserved. It will also show you the version of Windows it will install.
If you are asked to enter a key, the ISO you downloaded does not match your current system version.
-On the Select what to keep screen, select Keep files and applications.
Click Install to begin the non-destructive repair.
Disclaimer: Let’s try performing an in-place install or in-place upgrade which will refresh your Windows files and operating system without removing files or applications. That being said, we always recommend that if you have important data, you should back it up before making large system changes. If you want to back up your data first, please do so. Once you are done backing up, you can follow the steps in the following guides:
If the problem persists after you have repaired your system, it is not related to Windows, but may be a hardware issue, so we recommend that you contact your nearest computer repairer to have your device tested.
If you have any progress, please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
