Blue screen error with error message "VIDEO MEMORY MANAGEMENT INTERNAL"

When i start my laptop, first of all, it starts slowly and then after 10-20 seconds of loading of the desktop, my computer crashes and there comes a blue screen with error message "VIDEO MEMORY MANAGEMENT INTERNAL" and it restarts in some time(when those % in photo reaches to 100%).... Please tell me what should i do in order to overcome this....

Yes... This issue happens everytime i start my laptop... So i am not able to open device manager and do those things...

I have some important unbacked up data on my laptop right now.... If i reset my laptop then it will be lost... Is there any way i can get that data in some external hard drive now???
