Blue screen error after Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909 (2)

Hi,

I updated my Laptop to Windows 10, version 1909 and since then my laptop crashes with blue screen on it.

Previously I had installed the update twice, faced the same issue to uninstalled the update but again after updating it for the third time. I am facing the same issue.

I have attached screenshot of the same below. I'll be highly obliged if someone helps me to resolve this long pending issue.

Hi Shreyas

You must have Quick Heal Security software installed on your PC, if so, Uninstall that and your system should be stable . . .

If you wish to continue using that software, download and install the latest version from their website . . .

Hi Shreyas okay, try uninstalling that and check your system is stable after a restart, before re-installing it !

Hi Dave,

Have a follow-up question. The system crash occurs very randomly. How do I specifically check for stable system before re-installing the anti-virus?

Thanks Again.

Hi Shreyas

The only way is to wait a while and see if you do not get any more Blue Screens . . .

In the meantime, your system will be protected with the built-in Windows Defender . . .
