How recent was your upgrade to Windows 10 1709?

There seems to be some early adopter issues at this time with Windows 10 1709, if you can, I recommend you downgrade to your previous version until the Fall Creators Update matures with future cumulative updates.

Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Recovery > under Go back to my previous version of Windows 10, click Get started.

Press Control + Alt + Delete
Click Sign out

At the Sign In screen, hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen
Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart
Continue to hold down the shift key until the Advanced Recovery Options menu appears

Click Troubleshoot

Click Advanced options

Click Go back to the previous version of Windows

If the problem persists or you can’t rollback, I recommend downgrading to Windows 10 1703.

What is the make and model of the computer and which version of Windows originally came preinstalled?

I am going to recommend you downgrade to Windows 10 1703.

Step 1: download Windows 10 1703 from the following link:
https://tb.rg-adguard.net/index.php?sid=74a7cf5...

Step 2: create a bootable copy

Step 3: perform a custom install

Dear Andre,

Thank you very much for your reply.

Windows 10 Auto Update 1709

The number of customers using the program is over 7000 degrees. And they all started to get the same error.

I can not ask customers to go to the product before 1709.

I'm not the only one who's experiencing problems.

One thing to do is to test the RAM. See https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm.  If the RAM is fine, roll back from the Fall Creator's update. Also see http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3596765/bsod-system-service-exception-win32kbase-sys.html. If memory test passes, then roll back from the Fall Creator's update. If that also fails, then reinstall Windows.
