I only get this error code playing the game Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. After a few minutes into the game, I crash into the blue error crash screen, resulting into physical memory dump.

As the posts above mention, the problem is with your drivers.  BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) crashes are commonly caused by bad drivers (manufacturer's code) and incorrectly blamed on the operating system.  With Windows 7 being new i'm willing to bet that your manufacturer doesn't have fully working drivers.

Unfortunatly when this is the case there is little Microsoft can do as the problem is with the vendor's code.  I suggest you beat down on their support lines (send them your crash information) and tell them that you are getting crashes as a result of their hardware and drivers - they should open the relevent support tickets for you.

I understand this is frustrating but as said, this isn't a Windows 7 problem - it's a video card driver problem...

Best Regards,
