blue box around everything

All of a sudden there is a blue box around everything I use.  I have Windows 10  32 bit.  PC.  I have tried all the suggestions posted.  None of them work.

Please give me a solution.  It is very irritating.

Hi Judy, are you in tablet Mode?

ress the Windows Key + A to open the Notification Bar
If you cannot see the Tablet Mode button, click 'Expand'
Then click the Tablet Mode button

If not, can you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing . . .

Hi Judy, no you should not be in Tablet Mode, Tablet mode pits a blue border around Windows, that is why I thought you might be in Tablet mode

If not, can you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, and I will try to find a fix for you !

I wasn't in tablet mode.  It appears to be gone now.  Hopefully never to return.  Thank you.
