So I recently did a reset on my windows 10 pc and I had bit locker on as well but I still see my login screen to put password and everything and says unable to find user and when I wanted to go on safe mode and when I signed in it let me and it was slow to load and when it did load it went black/blank screen please help

2. If you're still unable to access Safe Mode, try backing up all important data from your PC via USB media. This way you preserve as much of the files as you need and allow us to proceed to the next step.
