Blank screen on windows defender(windows 11)

so, ive been trying for ages to fix this and its still not working, it just says

"page not available your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available, contact it helpdesk for more info",i contacted it helpdesk, nothing changed

1. Is your computer connected to a work or school account? You can check this by going to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school. If there's any, try disconnecting it, then try again.
2. If you're using any third-party antivirus program, try temporarily uninstalling it to see if the problem resolves.

Download the SecurityHealthSetup.exe and run it as an administrator. After that, check the Windows Security page to see if it's working. If not, restart your computer and wait 5 minutes. Please refer to the steps in the link above.
