Black screen at startup after windows 10 update.

After the latest windows 10 update, my computer keeps getting a black screen at startup. I have not been able to get past it. It worked perfectly prior to the update.

Is there any known way to fix this? Or am I going to have to take some sort of legal matters since Microsoft has turned my pc into a big paperweight?

Please help!

Hi, I'm Carlos Eduado and I'm an independent Microsoft specialist. I know what it's like to go through this, it happened to my computer too. The black screen or also known as (death screen) is a bug that appears when a Windows update file is missing. What the customer needs to do is restore the computer before upgrading. I recommend following steps on the website below.

I have already looked at that link prior to my post and it did not have any relevant information, that I could find to fix the problem.

Hello, did the customer do the procedure to restore Windows before the update? Probably the black screen is a hardware error.
