Bitlocker has turned itself on after an automatic update and now it locked me out of my computer and requires a recovery key. I went to microsoft on a different computer and logged in to see if I had a recovery key and there was no key to be found. Additionally, I cannot restart the PC to enter recovery mode to reset the computer.

BitLocker will always have been enabled after the OOBE initial setup and something changed that prompted the request for the recovery key.
At the sign-in screen hold down the shift key and select Power > Restart that should restart to the recovery environment. If it still prompts for the recovery key then a clean install is the only option if you cannot find the recovery key on your account.
The Microsoft account will be the one used to setup windows initially.

That's part of my issue I cannot get to the start screen, every time I start up my computer it just shows me a blue screen asking for a bitlocker key which I don't have. When I click on the option that says see more recovery options, everything is locked without the bitlocker key.

Okay.
Press and hold the power button to force power off.
Power on again and repeat when you see the spinning dots.
On the third power on leave it and see if it starts the recovery environment.
From there you should see reset.
Although you may find it still asks for the recovery key. If it does and you don't have the correct recovery key the only option is a clean install.
Does the recovery key webpage display an error or just no keys.
If it's an error trace ID then it is because the onedrive for the account is full and you need to clear some files or buy more storage.
If the latter is the case it could take 2 to 24 hours before the webpage error clears.

The recovery key page just says I do not have any keys. I attempted power cycling 3 times and that did not take me into the recovery enviroment. I need a way to get into the recovery enviroment in order to do a clean install. It seems i'm stuck and the only way to do anything is to find this non existent key, unfortunately. Computer might be a paperweight now.

The only option is a clean install using USB boot media Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com) the process will delete all data. If you don't have a backup of personal files they will all be lost.
You will need access to another windows PC to use the tool. (instructions are on the website)
Once you are able to boot from USB select Language > Install now > Custom install. Select each partition and Delete until there is only unallocated space. Select Next to continue and follow the onscreen instructions. If it asks for a product key select I don't have a key, it should be detected automatically and the correct edition installed.
When you have windows installed go to Control Panel > Device encryption and select to save the recovery key.
