Bitlocker and TPM

So I turned off Bitlocker since I had to put in the code every time. I also disabled the Display since I took off the Display. I then restarted it, and it did not show up anymore, so I can not turn it back on. Also, TPM is nowhere to be found on my computer, a Lenovo Yoga 7i 2n1. It is not in the BIOS, which I checked three times! So I need help.

Good day! This is Rodney A. an independent Microsoft Expert. My goal is to resolve your issue in a timely manner. To start, I will be asking questions for me to better understand the scenario.

Here's why you might not see the TPM:
Hardware limitation:
Some laptops, even if they support BitLocker, might not have a dedicated TPM chip, relying on a firmware-based TPM instead, which could be difficult to access in the BIOS depending on the model.
BIOS settings:
Double-check your BIOS settings thoroughly, as the option to enable TPM might be hidden or require specific configurations to access.
What to do next:
Contact Lenovo support:
Reach out to Lenovo technical support to confirm if your specific Yoga 7i 2n1 model has a hardware TPM and how to access it in the BIOS if it does.
Check for firmware updates:
Ensure your BIOS is updated to the latest version, as updates might add or enable TPM functionality.
Alternative security methods:
If a hardware TPM isn't available, consider using other security measures like strong passwords, disk encryption software that doesn't rely on TPM, or a dedicated security

If you were able to disable the display in Device Manager then you won't see anything on the screen anymore.

Try to access the Troubleshoot menu.

Power on and as windows starts to load press and hold the power button. (to force power off)

Repeat power on, as above.

On the third power on leave it to see if a blue screen appears with the option Troubleshoot. If it does select Advanced options then Start-up settings > Safe Mode.

Select Restart to access Safe Mode and see if you can enable the Display again. If you can then restart as normal to see if it fixes the display issue in normal boot mode.
