Bingo server connection issues

I have enjoyed playing Bingo but it is exhibiting problems that are very frustrating. The simplest is that the "items" (like keys) that I win in the Bingo game don't show up in my inventory, they just disappear. The most critical is that it has trouble connecting to the Bingo server. I have tried rebooting, soft and hard, and have uninstalled and reinstalled Bingo, has not helped. I have restarted my modem. No change. I have specified DNS just to see if that made a difference, it did not. It does seem that the ads are part of the problem, but I don't want to spend the money buying out of them if I am not sure that will make a difference. Is anyone at Microsoft helping with this? They must be award of the bugs in Bingo - enough people have complained. I am running and updated Windows 10 on a PC. Thanks for any ideas or help

You are the same boat as thousands of other players! Hundreds have complained for weeks about server issues on MS's end. Not ONE response from MS!

Apparently, no one staffs or supports this game. I, personally have complained on their Facebook and XBox sites multiple times - never a response.

Very sad what is happening to this company.

OK folks, this is not scientific, empirical evidence only, but I began waiting for the ads to load, and it has >almost< resolved the issue. So when you go into a screen, if there is an ad loading and you try to proceed, Bingo shuts down. All I have to do is wait for the ad to load completely, and I can then proceed safely.

None of the MS suggested procedures made a bit of difference.

Good luck, if you can let all of us know if it works for you, that would be great.

Bingo server connection issues and other games.

MICROSOFT IS NOW GARBAGE!!!!!!! GAMES, WINDOWS 10 ETC..... I'AM SICK OF IT ALL, AND THEY DONT DO ANYTHING BUT SEAT ON THERE MONEY.
