Bing Webmaster tools login problems, please help

I have an account that I have been tracking a couple websites for the last few months or so and I was sure I was using the email address, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.  I had to reset all cookies and cache on my computer and when I go to login to Bings webmaster tools it asks for the login and password. I enter my email and password I sue for website tools and it won't log me in. I tried to reset the password which it let me do but it still wouldn't let me in. I decide to see what would happen if I signed up for a new account using the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** login and password ( thinking that if that already existed it would say user name not available...sure enough it created the new account. I need help to try and find out what happened. I tried one more email address I know that I have access to Bing webmaster tools and it does log me in but there are no websites associated with that account......Is there any way you can help.

Hi Dndmills,

1. Which other email address did you use to login? Was it a Windows Live account or Roger’s account?

2. Is your system connected to a domain?

You may check if you can login into Bing Webmaster tools using a Hotmail/Windows Live account.

Since the issue is with Bing Webmaster tools, you may also post your query in Bing Support forums for further assistance:

I have several accounts in Webmaster Tools and it seems like they expire. I even got an email from Bing saying Sign In to Verify your account. I've already verified, already submitted sitemaps and now can't login. However, I haven't logged in for several months. When I try the password reset it says my email is not valid. But yet Bing emailed me and asked me to login!? And it's not one website, it's many this has happened. Is there a time limit on Bing accounts? Another frustration, the webmaster forums are a joke. How the **** do you login and post a message? I've wasted an hour trying to login webmaster tools forums. The only thing found online is more people complaining they don't know how to post a message.

Hi there

I am a web designer and can no longer get access to Bing Webmaster Tools account which has my website and those of my clients.

I also cannot access the link for the Bing Webmaster email support.

I am using *** Email address is removed for privacy *** with my password and this has always worked in the past.

I reset the password countless times but it makes no difference.

Can someone at Microsoft please help.

My email address for reply is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

Thanks

Mike

Every time I try to sign in for Bing Webmaster Tools the redirect fails. No matter what I try. I have a Microsoft account. I'm using that account. I have no other email accounts open. Every attempt fails. I can't be the only one having this problem.

I have the same issue!

I click the sign in option on http://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster; Because I have my login remembered by the browser, I get bounced between two webpages with the title "Continue" for a few seconds before I land to a page with the URL[1] :

https://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&rpsnv=12&ct=1467651152&rver=6.7.6636.0&wp=MBI&wreply=https:%2F%2Fwww.bing.com%2Fsecure%2FPassport.aspx%3Frequrl%3Dhttps%253a%252f%252fwww.bing.com%252fwebmaster%252fWebmasterManageSitesPage.aspx%253frflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1&lc=1033&id=264960

With the contents:

So I visited https://login.live.com/ and it took me to the Microsoft Accounts page. I was already logged in.

I even tried logging out of the Microsoft account and repeated the procedure. The same happened. I bounced back and forth after login and landed on that page. The Microsoft Accounts page worked. But I am still unable to login to Webmaster

Update: The bouncing happens between the above mentioned link [1] and

https://www.bing.com/secure/Passport.aspx?requrl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.bing.com%2fwebmaster%2fWebmasterManageSitesPage.aspx%3frflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1&wa=wsignin1.0

And this page reads

You will be automatically redirected in a few seconds.
Still waiting?Go there now

and then finally it stops as mentioned above with the contents given in the image.

Hey I'm getting this exact same error, but only when I try to access Bing Webmaster Tools. I asked from my friend and she's getting the same error. I noticed this since 13th of August. Is there anything we can do or it's an issue of Bing Webmaster Tools?

I have the same exact problem described in pretty much every post on this page.

I have:

1. multiple webmaster tools acocunts (3) under 3 different sets of credentials - (all legit as part of my professional life - as co-owners typically DO not maintain website themselves these accounts are normally operated by company tech staff /agency tech support etc..)

2. never experienced problems untill I created my latest - 3rd - account yesterday

3. I have tried loggin in at 2 different physical locations (home & office) with 2 different lap tops, using 2 different browsers

I keep experiencing the redirect loop dewscribed by for exable by Athulbat and Kristy below.

I found the answer below extremely vague and unhelpful, yes its nice you replied but is this the only support available - I have been using a search engine trying to find answers for 24 hrs visit MS support (where by the way support for Bing webmaster tools isnt an option - is this not a product your company takes seriously? if so I my condolences as then I can understand that you are faced with an impossible task - lets hope its not so as this is a very useful product).

So to end the rant (which I apologize for at the same time) - any chance MS Bing support could post a clear solution to solving this issue?

The 2 counter questions above + a link to a forum that DOES NOT adress this issue isnt really helpful.

thanks

Sami

I'd just like to add that I'm having exactly the same problem, which started yesterday for me - Sunday, 8/14. I have nearly 50 properties on this account, which I'm now unable to access.
