Big JAMBOX bluetooth speaker connection

I have a Dell desktop computer running 8.1.  I can connect to my Big Jambox with bluetooth but can't figure out how to make it the primary speaker.  I've looked in bluetooth settings in control panel and the speaker icon in the tray but no obvious way how to redirect sound to the Jambox instead of the speaker ports.
