Big Fish Games won't open in Windows 10

I was always able to play Big Fish Games on Windows 10 without a problem until a recent automatic Windows update yesterday. it deleted my McAfee security and re-activated my Windows Defender which I had disabled. there was no notification about the update. I learned of it after I contacted HP Friend to help me. After they took over my computer they found the update and put it back the way it was before and said I would be able to open games. I opened a few to test it and they worked. However, today they won't open again. I keep getting a window that says another game is playing and to close it. but when I check task manager there isn't anything open??? so I shut off and turn on my pc again and still get the same message. waiting for a reply from Big Fish, but their trouble shooting says it's a problem with my security.??? Very frustrated.

To properly get answers to your post you should include some minimum information.

1.  Device type. ie PC, Laptop, Tablet, Surface. Make

2.  OS type, Home, Pro, Executive, etc

3.  Current build.  Go Settings, System. About. OS build XXXXXX.XXX

4.  Where is this happening on the computer,  Boot, Screen, App, etc

5.  What error are you getting if any?

I play Big Fish games all the time.  I played one tonight.  

I suggest that you go to the McAfee site at

http://tinyurl.com/y77ooj68

and follow the directions for complete removal of the product.  You're going to need to use Step 2.  It sounds like an incomplete uninstallation and their tools are designed to completely remove the remnants that too often hang around when AV program are uninstalled.  Once an attempt has been made to remove McAfee using the usual methods for uninstalling programs and failed, the special tool is needed to complete it.
