Big Fish Games issue with Windows 11

I have a new laptop with Windows 11 OS. I can install and open Big Fish Games manager, but when I go to "Purchase History" to download one of my previously purchased games, "ERROR 1400 You Must Have a Network Connection." It has been added to my anti virus firewall already.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

This is most unhelpful! Is the file we are being instructed to download corrupt? I am getting no help from BFG support. I have been a member for years. I have a new Laptop and the game will not install. Not happy.

j'ai u le même probleme avec windows 11

il faut mettre à jour le game manager

ensuite rechercher le jeu sur big shif.com

télécharger la version d'essai

jouer 2 minutes

revenir dans le game manager

réactiver le jeu. celà a fonctionné pour moi

en espérant que celà vous servira, je vous souhaite une bonne continuation
