Benq scanner 3300u driver wants for window 10

my name is shabir and i am using benq scanner 3300u for 6 years. i trying my best. window 10 is a very harmful window. his speed is very fast. and graphic is very best. but i have problem old products driver or installation problem. please i request u and find my solution of benq scanner 3300u.

give me anser my qustion please

To assist you better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

  • Do you have the driver downloaded for your system, if yes, for which version of Windows you have downloaded?
  • What happens when you try to install the drivers?

I suggest you to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

  1. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.
  2. Right-click on the driver setup.exe file and click on ‘properties’.
  3. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows previous operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation.
  4. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
