Back up of a hard drive

Hello Community;

I have a Dell desktop PC with windows 10 Home operating system.

SCENERO : I had a dell PC, the hard drive DIED and I lost a lot of files etc. which I don't want to happen again, so the only thing I could do was to buy a new pc and set it up.

Now for my question: Can I backup the hard drive on my new PC, that is working fine now, to a new blank SSD hard drive, in case if my current hard drive dies again, I can place the new drive back in the PC and be back up and operating again.

Maybe this way I won't have to buy a whole brand new PC

If this way is not the right way, is there a better way to accomplish getting my PC well again.

Thank You for reading.

Any help will be appreciated.

that form? that your device can read your data and who guarantees what you use.
Or I would do the format myself, first I would remove all 3-party functions and leave everything (recordings cleaned clean, so not the ones stored under 3-party protections, maybe it will be difficult to extract them)
I'M SAYING THIS BECAUSE
Defender is .
Well, everyone chooses.

Hi,
Kayece here, An Independent advisor and a user just like you. I will be happy to assist you today.

I suggest using storage Spaces in Windows or back up your files using OneDrive. These storage spaces typically store two copies of your data so if one of your drives fails, you still have an intact copy of your data.

Storage Spaces:
