Audio from Pc is playing through Headset Microphone

Whenever I am playing Spotify or i am watching a video while on a call with someone on discord, the audio from Spotify or the video would play through my mic for some reason. My mic has been completely fine until now and I cant find a solution anywhere, I have tried everything, I have gone into the properties of my mic and have fiddled around with all the settings and it still wont work, I have turned the microphone boost down to 0, I've unchecked listen to this device and I've unticked allow applications to take exclusive control of this device and changed the default format. I have tried everything to fix it but I cannot, I am also on Windows 11. Please try help me find a solution.

Is it a desktop or laptop?

If possible, please provide the laptop model or Desktop configuration?

To see the model, you can type msinfo32.exe in the Windows search bar, open the search for the baseboard product and enter it here.

If you are using it, you need to use the divider that comes with the headset and places it on the back of the computer.

Hello,
I have tried this solution and it seemed to only work once. I plugged it into the back like you have said and then my microphone problem was fixed, but it had said that my headphones were now speakers and were only coming through my right headphone and nothing on the left, I restarted my pc and the headphone problem was fixed but now my microphone problem is back. I am unsure of what to do now.

Hi ,

Translate install the realtek driver it will install the software after installing restart the computer open the application.

Go to the advanced settings tab and uncheck the first option and keep the second activated.

Do the test connected to the back.

Hello,

I installed the driver like you said and followed the instructions until I restart my computer, I cannot find the application anywhere though, Am I trying to look for the Realtek Console application because i cannot find it for some reason and i followed your instructions.

Edit: I Found the application I'm trying out the solution now

2nd Edit: its still not working, have i done the correct settings?
