ASUS stuck in BIOS Utility EZ-Mode

Hello,

I just bought my ASUS laptop (TUF F15) and when i first turned it on it goes directly to the EZ-Mode, and i can't get to windows even if i save & exit it returns always to the BIOS EZ-Mode.

Have you tried selecting Default (F9) and then Save and Exit. Also if unit is new, have you tried contacting Asus Manufacturer's Web Site and see if there are any known issues or fixes. ?

1. Please try to press F10 or ESC on your keyboard to boot on Windows.

Hello Yassine,

Thank you for updating me.
Please press F7 and you will be directed to Advanced mode, kindly check if your SSD is being recognized from there. If it's not please press F9 to restore to default. In any case the issue still persists, it means this is something with the SSD already, you can try to unplug and plug it in if possible or you may reach Asus to check it for you.

Please try contacting Asus support and see if they have any suggestions. Also check and see what the booting order is in your BIO'S and If your hard drive is being recognized.
