ask for genuine microsoft software

Hey Microsoft

I just wonna ask and how to fix....

i have a genuie serial key....

and i dont know why its like that:

"Ask for genuine Microsoft software"

why its like that ? how to fix it ?

That's because you have an OEM product key and that site is for RETAIL product keys.

 

You have to contact the manufacturer (the computer manufacturer) for a recovery/installation media set for your computer that they sold you as an entire unit (OS included.)
