Apps crashing when controller pugged in

I am using a USB controller that doesn't have vibration but Windows detects it as a USB Vibration Joystick

when I open settings and go to"set up USB game controllers" Properties it works fine but when I click on Vibration Test it crashes

So any app or game that I launch and I have my controller plugged in it just crashes

Try to update the driver manually, select update driver and then look for a driver on the computer and select allow me to choose from a list of drivers.

You go to the device manager and put it to update the driver of the control, but put it to be manual and check if it appears in addition to a driver.
