apps alias list

I wanted to find out how a person knows what a particular apps alias shown on a list pertains to on his computer.  I currently have 4 items on the list, but 2 of them I am pretty certain I did not authorize unless they were added due to add-on programs which I very rarely use.  They were named python and python3.  I live in a high signal traffic area and experience occasional unexplained difficulties.. I do not wish to leave opportunities for clever folks to mess with the LAN.  Can anyone give me a coached clue where to proceed so I know the aliases are good news or bad ?  I was going to ask a tech .. but U know the drill they want U to agree to service contract BEFORE help and there is no assurance U even get close to knowing what U really need to find out ! Thanks
Hi, I'm Robinson, an Independent Advisor and a Windows user like you.
Python is an interpreted, object-oriented, high-level programming language with dynamic semantics. Some apps need that installed to run.
