Answer

Hi,

Uninstall/Reinstall everything as per Apple's instructions:

"Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for XP"

http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1925

This is also same same list of what to remove as is what is in the above Apple link:

http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/msvcr80-dll-not-found-missing-error.htm

Or try this Program to remove it:

http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

If the advice already given does not fix it, please contact Apple Support for further assistance.

"Trouble installing iTunes or QuickTime for Windows"

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1926

"iTunes Support-How to use iTunes"

http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/

"iTunes Contact Support"

http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

Or ask in the Apple iTunes Community:

https://discussions.apple.com/community/itunes

Cheers.
