App Constantly Crashes

Hi i recently downloaded an App From the Windows App Store and it has crashed everytime i try to use it.... i looked at the crash logs and this is what it says

If anyone knows what i can do to fix it please leave a reply i have done clean installs multiple times even the shockwave and flash player clean installs... both companies (windows/zynga) give no reply... except try the troubleshooter for windows apps... which comes back with no issues... but it IS an issue

Method 1:

As an initial recommendation, I would suggest you to check for any available Windows updates. Also check for the Windows date and time if it is set correct and synced.

  1. Connect to the internet.
  2. Press Windows key and type updates.
  3. Click on Check for updates.
  4. Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
  5. Try to install the updates being shown.

Method 2:

Please follow the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Clear and reset the Store Cache

  1. Open Start screen and press Windows + R keys on the keyboard.

  2. Run Window will open, and type wsreset.exe in the text box.

Step 2: Re-register the Store App

Run the following in a Command Window (CMD) to re-register the Store App:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.XML

Method 3:

Try the below troubleshooter and check.
