What is the complaining program test2.exe?
Is that something you are composing or got from another source - regardless you should ask the author where to get the APIs and DLLs necessary for the executable to run.
Describe how you searched "everywhere".
I did a google search and found another topic of yours here:
Since you did not specify where you searched "everywhere" I did another Google search and found plenty of places to download but don't know if they are trustworthy but I downloaded one anyway and it looks like a Windows 10 file:
Then if you check this article on Microsoft:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/win32-and-com/win32-apis
It also says it is a Windows 10 API:
But you says you are running Windows 7 so something is not lining up in your environment.

Hi,
i am composing this app in QT .and compiler is visual studio 2015.
By everywhere i meant on internet and offline sources.
api-ms-win-core-localization-l1-2-2.dll
is not available on internet .Previous version of this dll i.e...l1-1-1,l1-2-0 are there but not this one.
My compiler is using windows 10 SDK .Thats why it is asking for this dll(as i think).

Sure it is available on the Internet because I found it, downloaded it, and showed you the version information in my earlier reply.
Is the one I downloaded a legitimate Microsoft file?
Is the one I downloaded the one you need?
Is the one I downloaded going to resolve the issue?
I have no idea but from a Google search you can see where I downloaded the one I referenced:
That is about all the assistance I am going to be able to provide since I have no way to test that to see if it is right.
If nobody has any other ideas I would pursue the other topics you ave running in the other online development communities.

Maybe somebody smarter than me has some other ideas.
