My aol computer checkup software will no open and run. I reinstalled new app and now it does the same thing. Im paying 4.99 a month for this app and I like it. But troubleshooter says it is incompatible. Should I just delete it and close my account or
try to fix it?

windows has it's own troubleshooters and automatic optimization tools.
I would suggest that you uninstall, close the account and save yourself $4.99/month

If it’s saying the app is incompatible then it’s up to AOL to release an updated version which works with Windows 10.
You can try running the program in compatibility mode but there’s no guarantee.
In the end you may have to close your account & go elsewhere.
