An unexpected error has occurred. The troubleshooting wizard can't continue. Error Code: 0x80070002.

Windows did an automatic update. When I went to login to my MyVodafone account, this message came up: The server at www.myvodafone.com.au can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. Check your DNS settings and contact your network administrator if youre not sure what this means.

I do not know what the DNS is, nor who my network administrator is. This is a home computer and not a company one. Anyway, I went to Control Panel to Find and Fix problems. When I clicked onto it, it ran for about 3 seconds before the following message appeared: An unexpected error has occurred. The troubleshooting wizard can't continue.
Package ID: WindowsUpdateDiagnostic
Path: Non - Local Package
Error Code: 0x80070002
Source: Engine
User: (Me)
Context: Elevated

Next I went to Help and Support and I typed in the error code. I did every thing it said to do and installed the System Update Readiness Tool and ran that. It did not fix the problems. Having tried everything that was suggested, I was finally directed to this page. Can anyone assist please?

I was hoping I could get in touch with a Microsoft Technician so he/she could 'Remote Access' my computer. I am a very basic user, I know where the on / off button is, how to press the keys and how to print out things. Anything beyond that is a bit to technical for me. Thanks
