AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Not Supported to Install Amazon Appstore

I have a pc that using AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, and I want to install the Amazon Appstore. I follow the instruction here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/install-mobile-apps-and-the-amazon-appstore-on-windows-f8d0abb5-44ad-47d8-b9fb-ad6b1459ff6c, and after restarting my pc, I try to install the app through microsoft store. but it show that my pc does not meet the requirement to install the app, which is my processor as per screenshot below:

need a help on this matter.

no it didnt solve the problem, I have the same issue while having Ryzen 7 5800H

Virtualization is turned on (know it and use it frequently from other OS on the notebook)

O mesmo problema está ocorrendo aqui. Aparentemente é algum erro (ou bloqueio proposital) do próprio Windows que está provocando essa inconsistência.
Destaco que a virtualização está habilitada, conforme última imagem.

Olá.

Até o momento não encontrei nenhuma solução para esse problema.

Tentei novamente na semana passada e não obtive êxito.

Estou começando a pensar que a Microsoft está realizando um bloqueio genérico no sistema para que ele só funcione em determinados países e equipamentos, já que o que o sistema reclama que é a falta de visualização não procede, por executo VMs com o Virtual Box e outros emuladores para Android como o da GT Arcade.

Se fosse problema na Virtualização do processador, nenhum funcionaria.
