I understand that you are facing issues with AMD driver on your computer. I’ll certainly assist you with the
issue.
As you have mentioned that after build 1803, the AMD drivers are not working properly on the computer, it could
be possible that the AMD drivers are not completely compatible with latest version of Windows 10.
Let us try removing the AMD drivers completely and then try reinstalling it. To remove the driver, download the
AMD Cleanup Utility and run it.
Once the drivers is completely uninstalled, I suggest you download the drivers by visiting
https://www.amd.com/en/support and click on
Download now for Auto-Detect and Install Radeon Graphics Drivers for Windows.
If you face issues in installing the drivers, you may want to download try installing the drivers in compatibility mode and see if that helps.
