Are you referring to MSN Explorer or is MSN UK your homepage? Can you send us a screenshot of your browser?

You may also refer to the steps below on how to allow cookies using Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 10:

1. In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options.

2. Select the Privacy tab, and under Settings, select Advanced.

3. Choose if you want to allow, block or be prompted for first and third-party cookies.
