Hi Alexandre,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I'm Hahn and I'm here to help you with your concern.
It sounds like a driver or software issue after your recent Windows update. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
- Uninstall and reinstall your printer drivers. You can download the latest drivers from the official website of your printer manufacturer. For example, if you have a Xerox printer, you can go to [Product Support and Drivers – Xerox] and enter your printer model to find the appropriate driver. Make sure you select the correct operating system and language before downloading and installing the driver. You may need to restart your computer after the installation is complete.

- Run the Windows 10 Printer troubleshooter. This is a tool that can automatically detect and fix common printer problems. To run the troubleshooter, press Windows + I to access Windows Settings, click Update & Security, click Troubleshoot in the left panel, scroll down in the right window to click Printer, and click the Run the troubleshooter button.
- Clear Print Spooler:
- Press Win + R, type "services.msc," and hit Enter.
- Scroll down to find "Print Spooler" in the list of services.
- Right-click on "Print Spooler" and select "Stop."
- After it stops, right-click again and select "Start."
- Check for System Restore:
If none of the above solutions work, consider using System Restore to roll back your system to a point before the Windows update. This can often resolve issues caused by recent updates.
I hope this helps. If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Your Sincerely
