After upgrade to Windows 10 1809, printing from MS Access result in a BSOD

Hello,

After upgrading Windows 10 pc's from 1803 to 1809, colleagues began to print from MS Access which result in a Windows Stop Error (BSOD) Stopcode: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION win32kfull.sys. Returning back to Windows 10 1803 solved the problem. Is there a fix available?

No real help in dump files.

Hi everyone,

we are having the same problem with our workstations.

Since the October update 1809, Access and some other software end up in a BSOD when printing.

Is there any solution yet?

Hi Sascha,

Do you have Kyocera printers in your environment?

We run into this problem only with our Kyocera multifunctionals. Printing to a HP printer prints with no issues.

Our printersupplier advice the following workaround, see image. Thats resolve the BSOD's on our systems when printing from MS Access.
