Hi! I'm John.
I understand your frustration. I'm here to help you with this. Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps, like updating, uninstalling, and reinstalling the touch keyboard driver from Device Manager?
If you haven't already, please see
https://support.microsoft.com/windows/update-dr... and expand the section "Update a device driver automatically", "Update a device driver manually", and "Reinstall a device driver".
Also, how did you upgrade to Windows 11, was it through Windows Update, an installation assistant, or a clean install?
Can you share me your System Information page?
> Press Windows + R key to open Run dialog.
> Type this and press Enter: msinfo32
> Capture a screenshot of the System Information window and attach it in your next response.
Any additional information you can provide will be helpful in diagnosing and resolving the issue.
Click "Reply" below to let me know.
Regards,
John J.D.
