Hello, JPHargis

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

To help us understand your secondary drive setup better, could you confirm if it's a separate physical hard drive, or just a partition on an existing drive? Would you mind checking your BIOS to see if the drive is detected there?

You can also try opening Disk Management in Windows (right-click the Start menu icon to find it) and see if the drive appears there.

Are you encountering any error messages when trying to use the secondary drive? Or are there no errors at all?

Finally, what troubleshooting steps have you already tried? Please describe what you've done so far.

Your detailed answers will help us diagnose the issue and provide the best solution. Thanks for your help!
