aero theme not working in windows 7 ultimate

in my laptop windows classic theme are running and aero theme are not working same as giving in picture:-

Please Help me

We would like to know more information so we can assist you better. Kindly answer the following:

Have you made any recent software or hardware changes on your laptop?
What is the make and model of your laptop?

Method 1:
You may try running the Aero Troubleshooter to check the issue. You may check for the troubleshooting reports and also check if the issues are getting fixed after running the troubleshooter.

Method 2:

If the issue persists in clean boot state then I would suggest that you perform system restore to the point when it was working fine.

After you perform system restore and boot back into Windows then I would suggest that you install the updates one by one.

If possible, you may check with a different monitor to see if the Aero themes are working.

You can tell from your screen shot and the fact that the Windows Start Orb (lower left corner) has changed from the Windows button to a Start button that your Themes Service is not running.

It should not say Start but should look like this instead:
