Administrator folder in c:\user folder?

I have three folders in c:\user folder, my own folder, common folder and an administrator folder. I never had an administrator folder before. What is it for? Can I delete it safely?

I got this "administrator folder" when I did a clean install of windows 10. I can not choose it from settings->accounts.

That is a hidden Administator account-Built in account that is used for special purposes.

Does it show when you log in?

It is not hidden for me and no it doesn't show when I log in.

The only hidden folder is the "Default" folder, which I can find in others pc too, but not the "Administrator" folder.
