Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you’re receiving errors in Event Viewer on your PC. I will certainly try my best to assist you with the issue.

For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below:

1.    Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?

2.    Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?

3.    Do you receive any error code or message when trying to access any application or files?

4.    Do you receive any Blue Screens on the PC?

5.    What is the make and model of the PC?

Refer the article Which version of Windows operating system am I running?

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to try booting the PC in Safe Mode and see if it freezes. Refer the article Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10

If the PC is not freezing in Safe Mode, then try booting the PC in Clean Boot and see if the PC crashes. Refer the article How to perform a clean boot in Windows

Performing a clean boot will start the computer with minimal set of drivers and programs, to determine whether a background program is causing the issue. Some of the Startup programs will not load after performing a clean boot on the computer. However, that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after finishing the troubleshooting.

If the PC doesn’t freeze after performing Clean Boot, then please refer the section How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot to identify the root cause of the issue.

Note: Please refer the section Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting to boot the computer in to normal mode after troubleshooting

In addition, you may want to try running System File Checker scan.

Let us know if you need any further assistance, we will be glad to assist you.

That's not what I asked. What actual problems are you experiencing, if any? Is your computer crashing, slow, hardware not working, internet connection unstable, over-heating, etc.? That kind of problem.

Instead of going through technical reports that you don't really understand, finding something that looks suspicious to you, deciding it's a problem, and then asking us to figure it out ... does your computer have an actual problem?

I can't tell you how many people here have caused damage to their computers by probing all the technical theatre in Windows and coming up with all manner of 'fixes' for Microsoft's alleged mistakes. Please don't be one of those people.

Instead, learn how to operate your computer both correctly and wisely, including how to keep it running as best as it can, and then spend your time racing Lambos or blasting aliens instead of reading logs intended for software developers.
