Adding Windows 10 Calculator Back

I have been trawling through google/bing to try and find a solution to my problem - unfortunately I am struggling and feel the need to resort here.

We had removed the calculator App from Windows 10 accidentally by running a script that removes all (additional) apps that are added from the Windows 10 upgrade.

So - We are looking to re-add.

We dont want the 3rd party "Calculator Free!" or "Calculator Plus" etc. We want the original one back!

Now the calc app is in the Syswow folders, upon opening it says "You'll need a new app to open this calculator". I have searched around but again, nothing viable.

I tried to go down the route of:

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”} so i.e. Calculator Folder

- however. There is no calculator folder (after changing permissions from TrustedInstaller so I can access the folder to check it!

Can anybody please offer any suggestions?

Thanks for replying to us with the status of your issue.

To assist you better, I like to know; are you able to view the Windows store icon in your System?

I suggest you to create a new user account and then try downloading the Windows Calculator and check if it helps.

Unfortunately all apps were removed - so I'm looking for a script to just re-add the calculator if possible or MSI package.
