add yahoo mail as default mail program in DEFAULT PROGRAMS

Regarding to your information I assume that you have some issues when you set the default mail program.

This setting means that when you initiate an email request, it will default to opening the local Yahoo Mail app to send the email.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the default setting? Also, you can try changing the default app to the built-in Windows

Mail app to see if the error still occurs. If the error doesn't occur, please change it back to Yahoo Mail.

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Thank you for your reply. I will have my relative to look at it and possibly explain your reply. I have been using my computer for some time, but mostly by trial and error!

..PS.. I will send a screen shot of the message that pops up when I try to send photos . " There is no email program to perform this action. If one is installed, create and association in Default Programs"..direct quote.

I get this message every time I hit the paperclip icon in Yahoo mail and then not able to send any photos to anyone via yahoo mail. Will try to have someone explain your instructions......then I will get back to you. So can't send any photos via yahoo mail. I seem to be the only person in my clique who can't do this, but they don;t know how to help.
