Hi Zviad,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Replacing the graphics card should not affect your Windows activation. How did you activate your Windows previously? Was it preinstalled on your computer, or did you purchase the license separately?

Kindly click on Start > Run CMD and type the following command then hit enter:
slmgr.vbs /dlv

A dialogue box should appear > Screenshot and post it back.
Sincerely,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Since your activation channel is OEM_COA_NSLP, it means your Windows was originally activated using an OEM Certificate of Authenticity (COA) key, which is usually found on a sticker on your PC or in the BIOS. However, changing your graphics card shouldn't normally trigger deactivation but I see your Windows edition is Enterprise. Is your computer part of any domain or network?

Click Start > Type winver and hit enter > Screenshot and post it back.

In the meantime, open Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Click Troubleshoot > What error code do you see?

Thanks for updating me.

I'm sorry, but your version of Windows is the Enterprise edition. This edition is designed for large companies and organizations, making it unsuitable for home users. Usually, it is licensed as a volume license because Windows Enterprise is not sold with OEM licenses.

Or, your PC originally had Windows Pro OEM, but someone installed Windows Enterprise manually, possibly using a KMS activation or MAK key that is no longer valid.

Therefore, the best option is to contact the store to install and activate Windows Home or Pro on your computer.

Please feel free to ask if you need further assistance.
