Activating word with school account

I am having trouble activating really any Microsoft Office product with my school account.

I live in NSW, AUSTRALIA and when trying to activate office with my school E-mail, it asks me to login to the school portal.

After trying to login to what appears to be the school portal, the popup window appears to just refresh, not activating the product.

On windows 7 Ultimate.

have waited up to 15 mins after doing the sign-in process

have tried restarted computer after doing so

tried reinstalling office, none of which work.

Thanks for your update.

For your situation, I’d like to suggest you re-confirm what the account you were using to activate your Office (Word), an Office 365 account (online) or a ADFS account. For more accuracy, I’d like to collect your account used for activating the Office in the private message for checking.

And, if you are using a ADFS account, you may contact your admin (if you are not an admin) to check if the /adfs/services/trust/13/windowstransport endpoint has been enabled. If not, the admin needs to enable it via Windows PowerShell on the ADFS server.
