So on 12/23/20, I updated windows and its all went well but when I login in the Activate Windows pop up appeared. I had my computer for about a year now and never had this problem, is there a way to fix this problem?
Hi,
I'm Independent Advisor not Microsoft employee or support person. I have deep enough Windows knowledge and you may trust me. It's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

Please show Activation page of Settings and the result of slmgr /dlv command.

You have corporate Windows 10 edition (Education) so please ask a help from responsible person of your school (college).
If you've installed incorrect edition please reinstall correct one.

nope - it is a windows 10 home version.

Says:
"Full product name: Windows 10 Home Product ID match to CD Key data Product Part No.: THX19-9 Installed from 'Full Packaged Product' media. Is OEM: No"

Then it gives the License key, the status, the partial product key, the product ID and the user - which is my name.
