i can activate my windows 7 ultimate now, i have upgrade to windows 10 but couldnt finish installing because my windows is not activated. i have put my product key in but it can not verify. thank you

Is the Windows 7 now non-genuine or the Windows 7 Key won't activate 10?

If 7 came preinstalled:
