Account Login Failure on Windows 10 error "The User Profile Service service failed to logon. User Profile cannot be loaded"

Original title: Account Login Failure on Windows 10

Says "The User Profile Service service failed to logon. User Profile cannot be loaded" on any new account I make, Standard/Administrative, but my first administrative account works fine. How do I fix this on windows 10? Is the procedure the same any windows system too? Thanks.

I tried method 1, and can't find the new profiles I created, only my administrator account and the guest account, and neither of them have the .bak at the end of them. What should I do?

No matter how many times I create a new user account, it doesn't seem to show up when I do these steps. Just my administrator and guest account. Why is that?

*EDIT*

Scratch my post below - I missed a step in Kapil's advice involving copying the NTUSER.DAT file. I managed to copy one from the administrator account into "Default" and it let me log in.

Thanks for the help! I'm a happy man now :)

**END-EDIT**

Just to bump this really. I too am having this problem. I have a domain set up with currently 2 PCs connected.

On one PC, I can log in no problem on two accounts.

On my other PC (my main one), I cannot log in with my colleagues account, it comes up with this error.

I have tried numerous steps (both from Microsoft and other google searches), including the above, and nothing seems to work.

Please help.

John.

I have HAD ENOUGH OF TRYING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!

Apple, YES MAC, can I add multiple users without having to poke through registries?

Microsoft don't know how to create simple computer users.... they have method1, 2, and 3... as per here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/947215 that still don't work!!! All after hitting create...

There is even a method for deleting and creating new defaults.... in C:\users....

I have no idea how to resolve this but now W10 has taken 3 days of my time, wasted... no resolve... Thank goodness it's free*, it is not worth paying for!

Come on China give us a decent operating system not like this Made in India!

Can you provide a link that will solve these w10 ills?

The steps of version 1 was the solution to this problem in my case, using Windows7pro. The problem came up after a Windows update yesterday during power off.
