HI,

I have new HP Pavilion laptop. After the update of Windows 10 last night there is a prompt message like this.


Could someone help me how to resolve this technical error?

The file associated with 3D Guard is a program from HP to protect the hard drive in case of knocks. To run this software on the latest version of Windows 10 requires the latest program from HP.

HP have recognised the error and have updated their program. It is not a fault but a change in the operating system that requires an HP program update.
