Abnormal disk usage caused by HxTsr.exe

Ok so I recently noticed this issue where my SSD will experience moderate spikes in usage no matter what I'm doing on the computer. The spikes seem to be caused by HxTsr.exe, which from my understanding is a Microsoft Office file. I have uninstalled Office 365 but the issue persists, and running a malware and virus scan yielded no results.

I'd like to know what is causing this issue, and what I can do to remedy the situation, since these SSD spikes are unnecessary write cycles that are accompanied by small CPU spikes as well.

Had this same problem yesterday. I managed to fix it.

If you use the email app from windows I suggest you open it for a few seconds, press refresh and then close it. It should stop the SSD from messing around. Hope this helps!
