"A component of the os has expired"???

Today I was in the midst of using my pc when it started acting really slow, so I did a restart. I figured maybe it was overheating. Anyways after that I am not able boot up the system, getting this error after saying windows is attemptig repair. The bios time seems fine and I never ran into expiration issues, what gives??
