a citrix program is constantly blocked when try to open, whats wrong

installed citrix program to gain remote access to my work computer. program has worked with windows 7 but it appears that when something is updated on my computer it gets blocked. i have done everything that i know to do but remains blocked. please help.

1. Which anti-virus Software is installed in the Computer?

2. Do you receive any error message when this issue occurs? If yes, then provide us the exact error message.

3. Do you have any third party firewall program installed in the Computer?

 

Perform the following methods and check if it helps.

Method 1:

I would recommend you to place the computer in clean boot and check if it helps.

Note: After troubleshooting, make sure to put the computer to start as usual as mentioned in Step 7 in the above KB article.

Method 2:

Anti-virus applications are also known to cause these kinds of issues.

Disable antivirus software

Important Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. Method 3:

It's likely that firewall is blocking the program.
