32 bit program not running on Windows 10 64 bit

I have a program that I am trying to run on Windows 10, but it says it just run on a 32bit version navigator. Any suggestion on what to do?
Right click the exe and select properties.
Click the Compatibility tab.
Select Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP.
See if that works.'

If not then you can always use hyper-v and create a 32bit virtual machine to run the program in. See link.

32bit programs run on all 64bit systems. Except for some hardware devices such as a printer that has software for only 32bit systems.

What is the name of the program.

Then what operating system does the software show it is for, such as Vista or 7 as an example.

you can click on the executable and select Troubleshooter to find you a compatibility mode,

since windows 32bits is not compatible with 64bit windows

Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

Go to System - About

Is your Windows 64bit, or is it your Processor that is 64bit and Windows is 32bit?

The program is in Internet. I don't have the executable version in my drive. This is a page that I normally access with my 32 bit Explorer version, but now that I moved to a newer computer, when I enter with either explorer or Chrome, it shows that I should run a 32 bit navigator.

Thanks to all that tried to help me, but I could not solve it yet.

I don't know if it will help but try the IE Tab extension for Chrome.

What does this mean? Navigator is a long-defunct web browser.

What? What do you think the Program Files (x86) folder is for?  Almost all Windows programs are 32-bit.
